How to detect your article had been plagiarized?

There are various and numerous plagiarism checker tools on internet in this areas of services providing. All of them come with the same objective, to detect plagiarism by narrowing the search through sentence and in broaden way by using web address.

To systematically detect the same or similar articles on internet through email notification, I am very familiar and proficient with Google Alerts. To directly detect plagiarism I am very comfortable using these two (2) tools; Plagiarism Checker and CopyScape.

Whats so best about Google Alerts?

Google Alerts not just detect plagiarism, it also a great tool to let a blog owner knows about articles recently updated by other bloggers (rivals). Do theirs copied your published articles? OR in the sense of posting "Duplicate Content" without giving credit to yours by publishing and redirecting to your site as the provenance backlink? OR (at least) presented in quote section completely with the inserted text link e.g. Source Link which is a backlink to your site?

Secondly, maybe their updated articles could be 'natural resources' to a blog owner (you) in getting new ideas to publish a new blog post related to the third party's published articles e.g. as cross post or similar. This is a type of "healthy blogging" activity on internet in generating and publishing more informative and attentive articles on the same or similar topics in broadening the values for telling and sharing info.
